Your customer has asked for your carbon data. You don't need to know how it works. Leave it with us.

The Carbon Inventory Report, within five working days of receiving complete data. £997 + VAT, fixed.

  • Carbon Inventory Report in five working days, or your money back.

It usually arrives the same way. A customer sends a supplier questionnaire, or a tender lands with an emissions section. Either way there's a deadline on it, and the business behind it is one you want to keep.

Nobody in house has done this before. The usual routes are to buy carbon accounting software and learn it, or to bring in a consultant. Both cost time or money you weren't planning to spend, and the deadline doesn't move.

Your customer asked for a report. That is what we sell, and the software stays our problem.

How the Carbon Inventory Report works

Under two hours of your time, start to finish.

  1. Day 0 · 30 minutes

    The call

What your customer has asked for, when it's due, and where your finance data sits. We tell you on the call whether we can hit your deadline.

  2. Day 1 · 30 minutes

    Send the data

One export from your accounting system or ERP, for example Xero or QuickBooks. Or give us read-only access and we do it. Nothing else is needed from you.

  3. Day 5 · 45 minutes

    Report delivered

The full report, plus a walkthrough with you and your team so you can talk through every number in front of the customer.

Need expert advice? We are here to help

Plenty of software will turn your data into a number. When a customer questions that number, you're left with a help article and a chatbot. Every Vizibli report comes with time from a carbon specialist.

Two hours with the Carbon Inventory Report, eight with the Carbon Reduction Plan. Use them to check a questionnaire, prepare a tender answer, or hand over a customer's awkward question.

If you want more than that, we'll introduce you to a consultant who specialises in this. They know the platform and they know the standards. If your customer has questions, they will take them.

You don't have to use one. If you have the skills in house, take the report and use it. If you would rather have someone in your corner, we have people.

Already working with a consultant?

Good. Keep them.

We handle the data work, which on our own figures cuts it by up to 90% compared with spreadsheets. Your consultant's hours then go on advice rather than on data entry, which is better for them and cheaper for you.

If your consultant doesn't know us yet, introduce us.

Measure once, answer everyone

Every customer asks for the same emissions in a different format.

A PPN006 tender and your biggest customer's own questionnaire want the same numbers, presented their own way. We measure once, and you reuse the same figures in every answer.

That matters more than it sounds. Two answers to two customers that don't agree with each other is the thing that gets escalated.

Vizibli and our partners work in alignment with these standards and frameworks.

Our guarantees

Two guarantees. Both in writing.

  • Carbon Inventory Report: 100% money-back guarantee.

We will deliver your Carbon Inventory Report within 5 working days of receiving complete data, or your money back.

  • Carbon Reduction Plan: audit-standard, or we rework it free.

Written to the PPN006 requirements. If a customer, an auditor or a procurement assessor rejects your plan on a compliance point, we rework it free until it stands.

Complete means the files we ask for, in the format we ask for. The clock starts then, not when you pay. If a file is missing, you hear from us the same day.

Why the numbers stand up

Every figure traces back to a source transaction in your own accounts, converted using the UK Government's published conversion factors. Our reports are prepared in line with our documented carbon-accounting methodology, aligned to ISO 14064-1 principles and the GHG Protocol.

That matters when someone challenges a number, because they will. A customer's procurement team or an auditor will ask where a figure came from, and "the software calculated it" isn't an answer. Ours is a line in your ledger and a published conversion factor, and we'll walk you through both.

  • An electrical contractor's managing director had 24 hours to send carbon data for a £1.5 million contract, their biggest. We delivered the report inside the deadline.

The questions we usually get

We have never done this before. Is that a problem?
No. Many of the companies we work with are reporting for the first time, or producing their annual update. The call on day zero works out what you need, which is often less than you fear.
Our data is a mess.
Trust us, we've seen worse. One export from your accounts is the starting point, and we'll tell you on the call whether what you have is enough. If it isn't, we'll tell you what to get.
Do we have to use your software afterwards?
No. The report is the product. Platform access comes with it, but you don't have to keep using it unless you want to.
Can we reuse the platform?
Yes, you can update your report each time you need it.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay a fee for the report.
What if our customer challenges a number?
Every figure traces to a source transaction and a published conversion factor. You get a walkthrough before the report goes anywhere, so you're not seeing it for the first time in a meeting. If it gets technical, that's what the specialist hours are for.
£997 still sounds like a lot.
Compare it with the tender. The request has come from a customer you presumably want to keep, and the alternative is not answering it.

Your customer is waiting.

Book a 30-minute call and we'll tell you what you need and whether we can hit your deadline. If we can't help, we'll say so on the call.
