Last updated: January 2026

Use of this Vizibli Platform is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use. Please read these carefully and please contact us if you have any queries.

1. Understanding These Terms of Use

1.1 Special meanings

To ensure that the meaning of these Terms of Use is clear, we have listed below some of the words which we use which have specific meanings:

“IPR” means all intellectual and industrial property rights. These include all copyright and related rights; database rights and rights in computer software; rights in designs; patents; trademarks; trade names, rights in get-up, rights to goodwill and rights to sue for passing-off or unfair competition; and rights in Internet domain names (in each case whensoever and howsoever arising, whether registered or unregistered, and including ancillary rights and benefits relating to any of these). You can find more information about IPR at http://www.ipo.gov.uk (opens in a new tab).

“Vizibli Platform” means the computer application which can be accessed via an email.

“we”, “our” and “us” means Workplace Insights Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England (Reg. No. 13271156) having its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (hereinafter referred to as “Vizibli”).

“you” means you, the person who accesses and uses this Vizibli Platform and/or, regardless of whether you are an individual user or part of a company contract.

1.2 Interpretation

In these Terms of Use:

where the words “include” and “including” are used in a sentence, they are intended to introduce ‘examples’ and not to present a ‘definitive list’;

the headings are included for your convenience – they are not intended to affect how these Terms of Use should be understood.
