1. How much does Vizibli cost?
Vizibli is designed for SMEs, so pricing is simple and affordable. Plans start from a low monthly subscription, with no large upfront fees or long consultancy engagements.
2. Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. There are no setup fees. You can get started immediately, with optional onboarding support included depending on your plan.
3. Do I need a long-term contract?
No lock-in. Vizibli is offered on a monthly subscription, so you can scale up, down, or cancel if your needs change.
4. Can you help - if we’ve not reported before?

6. What do I need to get started?
All you need is data you already have – typically your purchase ledger or accounting data from tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or spreadsheets.
7. How long does it take to see value?
You will see an estimate of your carbon emissions in minutes. By uploading a purchase ledger, you’ll get more detailed reporting in less than 30 minutes. The most accurate report on your emissions may take a few days and require more information from you. But we’ll help you along the way. There’s no lengthy implementation or waiting weeks for your report.
8. Is Vizibli suitable if we have no ESG or carbon expertise?
Yes. Vizibli is built specifically for non-experts. The platform uses automation, smart AI and guided workflows, so you don’t need prior sustainability knowledge.
9. Can we upgrade later as our requirements grow?
Absolutely. Many customers start small to meet immediate customer or tender requirements, then upgrade as reporting demands increase.
10. Is the reporting credible for customers and tenders?
Yes. Vizibli aligns with recognised standards and UK requirements (e.g. GHG Protocol principles, SECR-style reporting, PPN 06/21 Carbon Reduction Plans).
11. What if Vizibli isn’t right for us?
That’s fine. Vizibli is not designed for complex enterprise carbon reporting. If you need that, we’ll tell you upfront — no hard sell.
